She is now a part-time staff because of family commitments. My company is seriously pro-family. Lurve it.

Going to the Frontline today. Wish me luck! I pray that a stampede will not happen with the CNY frenzy around! HAH
I was summoned to help out at the frontline for a week beginning on Saturday before the war begins. HAH.
One of our group managers came back from a business trip in Germany and London with a bunch of chocolates! How sweet!

We were all thrown into a small room for our new project. The tiny room became our second home and we decorated our home with random nick nacks.

It ended up looking like an altar with the six “tablets” on the shelf. HAH.

After being posted to HQ and started working on the new system for a week, I think the consultant we hired is from Dilbert’s company. GRRRR.
OMG.
I am reporting to HQ on Monday.

I participated in our company’s Greener Home Challenge and won a consolation prize! The main challenge is to achieve at least 10% of energy saving over a span of 4 months and I managed to reduce 30% of the energy used at home! Save electricity, save money and save the Earth!
Energy Saving Tips
- Reduce the usage of air-conditioner. Why would you turn on the air-conditioner only to wrap yourself in thick layer of blanket?
- Stay out of home. HAHA. Use electricity elsewhere! (E.g Library or BF’s place!) On a serious note, isn’t it more energy efficient if more people are sharing the lights, air-conditioner and TV together?
- Do not switch on all TVs to watch the same TV channel! My granny loves the TV near the door, my mum loves her LCD TV at our second living room, my sister loves her TV in her room, my dad loves his TV in his room and they all love Channel 8 / U!
I was at a recording studio to do some music / cheers / pledge recording for a service convention. It was the most embarrassing day of my life. If I have to sing to save my life, the audience would kill me even before I finish my first note.
SIGH.

Can you see the “Embarrassment Chamber”?

I refused to have my pictures taken to capture this day of my life and thus I’ve sacrificed my friendship with JW (sorry JW for this unglamorous picture!) for the benefits of my readers.
P.S. I heard local singers – Stephanie Sun and Tanya Chua – recorded a few of their songs at the same studio in this archaic building.

My colleagues are either too stressed up or too slack. HAHA.

That’s me in my “property/insurance agent” photo and my boss in the middle. HAHA.
