I must say Ian and Maxine’s wedding is the most beautiful wedding I’ve seen this year.
Will upload the pictures once I have them!
Warning: The following entry is not suitable for individuals suffering from Gamophobia (fear for marriage) or Porphyrophobia (fear for purple colour).
I realized I forgot to write about R&R’s wedding and I need to do it now before Ian & Maxine’s wedding on Thursday. Otherwise all my readers will soon developed fear for weddings which may led to fear for marriage all together if I start posting about weddings one after the other.

Bride & Groom

All purple.

More purple at the Groom’s place.

The beautiful bride.

At the Banquet. Our bride still loves purple. HAHA.
I think I am developing Porphyrophobia.
I realized for both my cousin’s and R&R’s weddings, they are pretty simple and fuss-free but I know Ian and Maxine’s wedding will probably be one with intricate details especially after their sneak preview.
My favourite blogshop – The Scarlette – collaborated with Isetan again! WOOHOO. This time they launched some beautiful collections at Wisma Atria. Thankfully I went there with him, otherwise I would have to drink water with bread for the rest of the month.

Me: Ooo. This is a cute dress for work.
Him: Hello. Remember you don’t need this for work?
Me: HMPH.
Me: Ooo. This is so pretty. Sexy.
Him: Hello. Focus. You’re here for a purple dress for XXX’s wedding.
Me: HMPH.
My second bridesmaid dress this month. (Can you see my side kick? HAHA)
In the end, I bought this from their past collections at a 30% discount. Their dresses ranges between $48 and $70 after discount. The Scarlette Originals are designed by their in-house designers and manufactured exclusively for them.

If you didn’t managed to get your hands on their Front Row Collection at Isetan Wisma Atria between November 19 – 25, you may try to get them online or at their next Front Row II launch at Isetan Scotts December 10 – 16.

I personally love Kelly! But my hips are too wide for their ‘S’ and boobs are too small for their ‘M’. HMPH. Irritated.
P.S. Amanda, Nathalie is quite cute and she bears indescribable resemblances of you.

This board with the cute couple became a phototaking destination. HAH.

My dysfunctional but hilarious family.

A beautiful couple. HAHAHA. Some may noticed that I’m holding the bride’s bouquet of roses, that’s because I “caught” the roses when the bride threw it.
-_-
Technically, I was the one who touched it before it landed on the ground. Remember my dysfunctional body parts which refused to coordinate during my netball match? Catching is so way out of my natural ability. HAHA.

The beautiful bride.
Guess who else was there?

My sponsors! Haha. A small world indeed huh?
It was supposed to be a beach wedding at Sentosa but it was raining that evening! The joyous occasion was surely not dampened by the rain!

It was all mushy, touching and solemn when they exchanged their vows!
It’s all legal now! WOOHOO.
… To Be Continued.

The gatekeepers. Main purpose in life? To make the last 30 minutes of the groom’s single life miserable before he gets his bride!

Not so easy with us around! HAHA.

Torture #1: Forming “I LOVE YOU !” below the bride’s block and shout “I Love you Frances!” It was 7am and she lived on the 13th floor. We woke all her neighbors up on a sunny Saturday! HAHA.

Torture # 2: Iron a crumpled shirt to perfection! The groom is actually quite good at this! Lucky brothers who merely stood there and watched.
Torture #3: Melting 3 ice blocks where one of them contained the key! The brothers smashed them up instead. HMPH.
We got too excited we didn’t take any photos of the groom’s glorious victory after an easy feat. Sigh. We are just way too kind.

My sister’s first encounter with triplets (from Groom’s family).
The bride changed into the traditional costume for tea ceremony at her place.
First, the couple served tea to the elders.
Then, the juniors served the couple tea. The groom made me shout “Cousin-in-law, drink tea” thrice because I was the loudest and fiercest at the gate. Sigh. Karma.
…To be Continued.
It’s bedtime! I need to wake up at 430am tomorrow. Booooo.
I wanted to get some fresh flowers to do up my hair for my cousin’s wedding tomorrow but we need to be at her place by 6am and the flowers need to last till the solemnization ceremony in the evening, so fresh flowers are definitely a no-no. The next best alternative is artificial flowers. So off I went to the nearest florist.

A bunch of artificial flowers that cost $12.90. I don’t need an entire bunch. So wasteful!

A bunch of “rounded” flowers that cost $5.90. But I don’t exactly like these round round flowers on my head.
Alas… I found the perfect flower …

The size is just right – a vintage looking paper flower! Perfect for my bridesmaid dress. I found this hanging on my shelf. It’s from a gift packaging I received many years ago from a good friend! This cost $0 but I’m giving it 100 points for being earth and pocket friendly!
My friend recently uploaded this on FB.

March 2006. We all looked funny.
Three years later. My hair still looks the same except darker. Sigh.
