Cookie Jars on the shelves of my breakfast counter. Where are the cookies?! Haha.I bought these 3 liters jars for $12 each at some random shops in Clementi and surprise surprise they are made in Italy! Haha.
Pretty little thermal flasks from Zojirushi! Made in Japan and I love the pretty floral prints!
We finally do up our study room and dressing room! I am renaming my walk in wardrobe to dressing room, because I have more space for my dresser than for my wardrobe! Haha. It is still a little messy and we have not get down to the details yet. But at least we started somewhere! All new additions from Ikea and we spent a whole afternoon screwing and knocking. Opps. This sounded really crude. Hah.
Do you know what will complete this room? Two macs! Haha. But his computer is a PC which he swore to use it till it dies. HMPH and I am broke. So no Mac in the near future. Maybe I can add it to my Wishlist for housewarming! Haha.
This is actually a table for the kitchen or living room, but I am turning it into a dresser! I need a huge table top to spread all my facial goodies! Now I need a huge framed mirror to complete the look!
The other side of my dressing room. I will be hanging all my lovely dresses! The ugly ones will stay hidden in my closet! Haha. I’m waiting for my wooden hangers and female torso to make this dressing room looks like a shop! Hehe.
You may realized that there are tiny splash of green in each room and that was intentionally!
I always wanted to fill my planter box with lots of flowering plants and edible herbs but the afternoon sun at our balcony is bound to kill a whole lot of plants! So we bought two plants to try out at our hottest spot at the balcony. So far the purple flowers (not sure of their names) are surviving well but the leaves of our star daisies is turning crispy! We are not watering twice a day to keep them hydrated! Hang in there plant! He wants to ensure that the plants can survive a cycle (meaning old flowers drop with new flowers growing) before buying more to put in our planter. Grr.
Anyone has any recommendation of plants that can survive direct afternoon sun. Ms Green Fingers? Heh.
For the one month we stayed at our new place, has been a great cook! And I am ashamed to say that he is a better cook than I am. Or rather, he has the natural instinct to cook while I on the other hand, can read recipes (just like I can read maps) and follow closely to it just to cook delicious food!
So far, he has made numerous breakfast, pastas and marinated awesome meat for our grill-out sessions with our friends!

We bought new sets of placemat from Daiso for our place! Love polka dots! I was feeling lazy and got him to pack some food from his mum’s place for dinner! Thank you dear! Thank you auntie for your lovely meal!
He spent Saturday morning making breakfast and we spent it eating at our balcony on our favourite drink trolley! It was a relaxing morning, which is now a luxury to us.
Nespresso coffee, juice, scrambled eggs, grilled ham, portobello mushroom, toast, banana nut crunch cereals and a lot of love. Perfection.
We bought this more than a year ago during the Tokyo Proposal Trip and I’m glad we can finally let it see some lights! I know my posts are getting random but these are all the random things I took with my iPhone over the two weeks I’m away! There are more random posts to come!
We are now real Hubbers and CSI / Desperate Housewife / How I met your mother are all just clicks away! I’m grinning like a teenager on booze.

We just moved in last weekend and it’s chaotic! It’s not even organized chaos, it’s just chaos in its purest form.
I lug my queen size bed to our new home. A temporary bedding before we “An Chuang”.
My walk-in-wardrobe/room in the making? More like a rag-and-bone man’s shelter. I only moved 40% of my stuff over!
We bought more Scanteak stuff! A new TV console at $499! I love simple and clean lines.
My favourite! A drink trolley at the balcony! It is from their outdoor range and it has “wings” which can expand it’s surface area! Perfect “alfresco” dinning space! This is $499 too!
