You can probably tell from our sleepy face that we woke up early for the rides! Hee.
Some of my friends may already know, he bought an iPad for me a while ago (more than a month ago) but I’ve had so little time for myself and my blog that I’ve not formally introduction my new toy! Everyone, meet Paddy my buddy (Pun intended at all cost). It was a gift from him for various occasions and he intended to surprise me (But failed because of my CSI capability in sniffing out all hints.) ! Paddy was bought online and he had a cool tattoo which says “To baby dearest, love Jason”. Erm, find not the coolest tattoo but one, two, three, Awwwwww.
I love his mobility, huge screen, ease to use it and the fact that I do not have to wait for 3 minutes to get him started. I mainly used him to surf blogs, read online news, check mail, blog and all. The only downfall of Paddy’s family? It doesn’t support flash. Boo! But I’m not complaining. Thank you baby and sorry for the late acknowledgement. Heh.

We started with some warm bread with olive oil and vineger.
Then the flavorful mussels in white wine! The mussels would have been perfect if it is slightly bigger. HAHA.
Yums!
The perfect four cheese pizza! The crust was amazing and the fragrant of the cheese made me saliva in front of the Italian owner who served us. HAH.
Their crab meat pasta was awesome!
The apple pie (puff) with ice cream was warmed up with love!
It is often rare to find a restaurant which serves up every dishes made up of love and perfection. This little restaurant tucked in a corner at Tanjong Katong serves authentic Italian delights and the crowd last night was one of the most varied I’ve seen. There are mature expatriates, young and fashionable Caucasian, SPG-s, successful looking middle age couple, regular Joes like us, lesbian couples, student looking couples and more.
Thank you baby for this simple and wonderful Valentines day meal.
Finally, The Pre Valentines Day Post. The night before valentines day, we decided that we would like to spend a quiet and cozy night at home.
He bought some macaroons, a slice of strawberry shortcake, some berries and a bottle of Moscato and that evening was perfect.
I thought that was all since Monday is a work day but he text me in the afternoon and told me that he made a reservation at an Italian casual dining restaurant! I hope he is convinced of our pending “Gelato – Pasta – Pizza” trip after the dinner! HAHA. Will share more about this amazing restaurant in a separate post!
A while back I submitted a picture of me and Barley to join the Best Kiss Photo Contest organized by PETS magazine. Barley loves kissing and licking and I’m often disgusted by her kisses. But one should learn how to appreciate another’s way of love expression. It may not be how you like it to be, but it’s love nonetheless. It’s the same when it comes to a human relationship, very often, we express our love to our partner in ways he may not best appreciates it, vice versa, but we should all learn to look beyond the expression and focus on the source and that is love. AWWWWW.
We won the contest but the prize is so silly and I was in the busiest state of my work life. So we didn’t claim the prize. Having said that, I’m still glad someone recognized my baby’s photographic skills. HAH.
Fell ill since a while back but it got worst last few days when I lost my voice. Sigh. I realized that when I fell sick I became all weak and princessy and I’m really pushing his limits. I guess when I’m at home my maid and granny will pamper me and tolerate all my nonsense. I’m not saying he doesn’t pamper me, he does but I got to learn to appreciate him while being ill which I often take it for granted at home. BAH. I have a fear, imagine me getting all pregnant and grumpy? I can foresee a lot of frustration.
On a happier note he was really loving in making me breakfast this morning!
I’ve stopped blogging on my Taiwan trip, I may have missed out on some details but it doesn’t matter. Thank you baby for this trip! Muack! Love you!
In our first MPC, we had to share some personal traits which led to our fatal attraction.It was five years ago and he was attracted to my Alpha-female characteristic. I never knew that and thought it was hilarious! I think this is one trait he can’t stand it now and it is truly a fatal attraction. HAH.
We spent our anniversary celebration at the Singapore Botanic Gardens. A simple lunch affair at Casa Verda; followed by photo session and sun basking at the park.

Exactly one year from now, we will be husband and wife.
