I was stunned. What the heck is Tong talking about until I realized. OH. He is talking about durian, rock, shell and agedashi tofu. HAH

Squareberry is hard on the inside out.

Siqi is hard on the outside and squashy on the inside and oh so pretty. She is supposed to be a Clam, not shell. LOL

Sue Ann is oh so soft inside out. LOL
