Is it ethical for doctors to come in 45 minutes after the opening hours of their clinics? Just got back from the clinic and the doctor made his patients waited for 45 minutes even though it opened at 830 am.
Despite being 45 minutes late, the doctor casually strolled in without any apologies. GEE. Is this an industry practice?
