    hey Ken,

    Eh your first question.

    So young can buy flat?

    - I think if you are 21 (above the legal age to enter a legally binding contract) you can buy a flat provided you are under certain kind of scheme that HDB allows. So I am well above 21 (sadly) and I applied under the fiance/fiancee scheme. So as long as we produce our ROM cert before the TOP (Key collection date) we can do that. So I guess technically, yes I am getting married sooner or later, but not soon, unless 2-3 years is soon to you.

    Found a job?
    - yes and no. haha. trying not to discuss my job too much here as I believe that it’s a little sensitive. LOL. so ya. And I think it’s not an easy task for me especially in such climate. Everyone (including me) is not spared.
